Our service counters are located at the ground floor of Kai Tak Stadium, Kai Tak Arena, Kai Tak Youth Sports Ground, and Kai Tak Mall 2. General visitor services including AED, first aid, and lost & found services are available. In addition, our service counters are equipped with inductive loops to enhance the experience of visitors with hearing impairment.

Baby Care Rooms & Services
The baby care rooms at Kai Tak Sports Park are available to anyone who needs to attend to the caring needs of an infant or toddler during the opening hours of our venues. Each room is equipped with a diaper changing table, a built-in sink, and other amenities. For Kai Tak Stadium, please note that the rooms will only be accessible on event days, and access is restricted to ticket holders.
