Kai Tak Sports Park is the most important sports infrastructure development project in Hong Kong and helps to achieve three broad objectives: promote sports in the community; support elite sports; and position Hong Kong as a hub for major international sports events. Kai Tak Sports Park provides venues for international competitions and large-scale sports events, quality community sports facilities, leisure spaces and a wide range of retail and dining options. In addition to grand-scale sports events, you can enjoy exhilarating entertaining events and lots of leisure activities here.

Kai Tak Sports Park is an integrated precinct that includes not only sports venues for large-scale events but a variety of leisure spaces accessible to the public, providing various recreational and entertainment options. The precinct boasts an array of dining choices, from light meals and international cuisine to bars, and our retail shops and open spaces make the precinct an ideal gathering place for families and friends. To enrich visitors’ experience, we’ve commissioned local and international artists to create public artworks that celebrate sports and history through their artistic lens. Make sure to check them out during your visit to Kai Tak Sports Park.

Kai Tak Sports Park provides designated accessible parking, in addition to accessible drop-off areas for use by private cars, taxis, and rehabuses. Ticket offices at our venues are designed at wheelchair-accessible height. Furthermore, accessible entrances/exits, lifts and toilets and lifts are available at Kai Tak Sports Park.

Customers must visit the Concierge at Level G, Kai Tak Mall 2 (the “Redemption Location”) from 10am to 12am (the “Service Hours”) to present Eligible Receipts from participating merchants in Kai Tak Mall, Kai Tak Arena, Dining Cove and Health and Wellness Centre with the corresponding Electronic Payment Slips to process the redemption registration. Note: For requirements about the presentation of Eligible Receipts and Electronic Payment Slips, please refer to the Terms and Conditions in respect of Kai Tak Sports Park Free Parking Offer. For any inquiries, please call the hotline on 3951-4211 within service hours.

Customers can only redeem free parking offers with eligible receipts on the same day issued by merchants in the Kai Tak Mall, Kai Tak Arena, Dining Cove and Health and Wellness Centre on the same day. Receipts from merchants’ e-shop or other third-party platforms will not be accepted.

The Free Parking Offer does not apply to Day Parking Offer.

Yes, Arena Carpark and Stadium Carpark are opened for public visitors. However, Carpark may be closed for entry on event days or special days of which prior notice will be announced in our website and app.

Customers can redeem free parking offers by spending a specified amount at merchants on the same day in the Kai Tak Mall, Kai Tak Arena, Dining Cove and Health and Wellness Centre on the same day. Tickets for concerts/sports events/exhibitions/ venue or facility booking and other ticketing services will not be accepted.

You can download KTSP Mobile App from App Store and Google Play Store by following these simple steps: 1. Open the App Store or Google Play Store on your device. 2. Search for ‘KTSP’ in the search bar. 3. Tap the download button.

KTSP Mobile App is an online platform designed for both general visitors and members of our ‘Friends of KTSP’ membership programme. By downloading the app, you can access the latest information about the events, facilities, and experiences available at KTSP. Additionally, the app provides details on public transport options, including bus arrival times for nearby bus stops, to help you plan your visit. More features will be available. Stay tuned!

Anyone aged 15 years or above is eligible to join. To sign up, please click the ‘sign up’ button on the top right corner of our website (desktop view) or our mobile app and complete the registration process.

Mobile number cannot be changed after registration. If members have changed their mobile number, members have to register a new membership with their new mobile number.

While most features of our website and mobile app are accessible by general users, only users who’ve got a Friends of KTSP account will be able to enjoy member-exclusive features on these digital platforms. For example, with your account, you can book sports facilities and manage your bookings, enrol in our community programmes, complete self-service check-ins at the booked facilities, and enjoy member-exclusive benefits. Friends of KTSP can also subscribe to our e-newsletter to receive the latest information about the exciting happenings and offers at KTSP.

You can delete your account by submitting the request in our app. Simply go to 'Profile' > 'Manage Profile' > 'Delete Account'. Please be aware of the following impacts of deleting your account: - You won't be able to create a new membership account with the same email/mobile number within 6 months after the account deletion. - Upon account deletion, any rewards in the member’s account will be forfeited and you'll miss out on all the exclusive benefits and features available to our members.

You can reset your password through the login page on the Kai Tak Sports Park website or mobile app using your registered email address or mobile number.

The SMS/ Email verification code can only be sent to a correct and valid mobile number or email address. The code will be valid for fifteen minutes. If you are having trouble receiving the verification code, please visit or contact the Concierge (Level G, Kai Tak Mall 2) or enquire by sending email to [email protected].

‘Friends of KTSP’ is a membership programme managed and operated by Kai Tak Sports Park Limited.

Your personal information, including your name and birthday, cannot be changed once submitted during the registration process, and can only be updated by submitting the request to [email protected]. Other information can be updated directly via our website and mobile app. For member who bound iAM Smart, your personal information including your name and birthday strictly follow your iAM Smart account. Once bound to iAM Smart, members will not be able to unbind.

To tie in with the overall planning of Kai Tak Sports Park, the cycling track is planned to be placed on the eastern side of Kai Tak Sports Park connecting the Kai Tak cycling track network. It is also distinctively separated from the pedestrian walkway so as to ensure the safety and convenience of pedestrians and cyclists. We will closely liaise with the Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) to determine the number of bicycle berths that will complement the overall planning of the cycling network within the Sports Park.

Kai Tak Sports Park distinguishes itself from other venues in Hong Kong with its unparalleled flexibility and diverse offerings. For instance, Kai Tak Stadium features a retractable roof and bowl cooling, enabling it to accommodate large-scale sports and entertainment events in any weather. Adjacent to Kai Tak Stadium, East Village provides a multifunctional space for different types of activities accompanying the large-scale events taking place at the Stadium. Kai Tak Arena is Hong Kong’s only 10,000-seat venue with 80% retractable/removable seating, enabling it to adapt for multiple sports and events. In addition to these venues, ample open spaces and leisure options, including a variety of shopping and dining outlets, are available throughout the precinct for everyone to enjoy.

It’s a flexible pitch system that allows high-quality natural turf to be moved into Kai Tak Stadium when needed. This system enables the stadium to host a variety of events without the constraints of turf maintenance closures. The flexible pitch system maximises the public space available within Kai Tak Sports Park, as we don’t rely on growing roped-off sections of turf and limiting recreational area outside Kai Tak Stadium.

A number of environmentally conscious design decisions are incorporated into Kai Tak Sports Park, including photovoltaic panels on all major facilities, extensive green roofscapes, and an expansive network of electric vehicle charging stations across the precinct.

Yes. The retractable roof allows for an all-weather venue that meets the demands of mega-events like sports tournaments and concerts. When closed, the roof helps minimise any noise disturbance caused by the events at the Stadium to nearby residents.
